Bianca is the partnerships and event manager for FTL music and lifestyle events. This event has seen the likes of many talented Australian artists such as Rufus Du Sol , Ocean Alley and Fisher! This particular event holds a special place in my heart as Mr. Consistent was a part of the 2021 Urban Surf x FTL event. Seeing the amount of passion and enthusiasm that goes into these events from managers, to artists to the roadies was something I will truly admire for life times to come!
Trust me when I say this episode isn't all about how Covid has negatively affected the globe and single handedly brought the music and entertainment industry to a screeching halt; but more so what we can do to support the industry throughout this pandemic and what is truly going on behind the scenes with music events and festivals during this chaotic time.
Life should be lived doing exactly what you love and Bianca's story not only brings the inspiration to trust your path but also how important and beneficial it can be to take those risks!
